Recruitment Process

All candidates will be contacted, typically within 24 hours of receipt of their enquiry/application, by one of our friendly and dedicated Recruitment Officers. This initial discussion is about 30-45 minutes in length, to discuss your interest, clarify any immediate queries or questions and provide you with information regarding the position you have applied for.

If you are invited to attend an interview, this comprises of a tour around the relevant home with one of the staff team, followed by an interview with the manager and a member of the senior support worker team. Staff are unable to commence working in any of our services until we have received two satisfactory written references and clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
