He will also be a critical friend for us, in order that he can evaluate and comment on our safeguarding process and procedure, and our safeguarding training, thereby helping us to continuously improve in this area.

Quality Assurance

In order that we continue to monitor and improve our support systems, we ask parents and other people who represent our service users to give us formal feedback on how they perceive the quality of our service. We ask for this feedback every six months as it enables us to make changes as required, therefore ensuring that we are responsive to the needs of our individuals, and that we offer a good service which meets people’s needs well. Below is a link to the most up to date survey.

Below are some quotes from parents who completed a recent Quality Assurance questionnaire:

ʺI think that all the thought and care that goes into G’S daily routine, diet and activities is outstanding. When I think of G I know he is living in the best possible place – he has never been so happy in his life before.ʺ

ʺAt the present time yours is the best service I have found, A is so happy to return after a home visit! ʺ

"The professionalism and knowledge and understanding of autism is excellent. You have some really exceptional staff."

"I like the informal feel about the home - knowing that there is so much structure and discipline behind the scenes. My son is loved and cared for - what more can I ask?"

"The home is run as a home for the individals, not just an institution for making money. Staff are well trained and very caring, full of new ideas of how to make the individuals' lives better."

"The value and respect given to our son by every staff member is excellent. They take so much care and understand his needs, which are quite complicated, and always "go the extra mile" to make sure he is happy and enjoying activities."

"As always, the staff in the home cannot be faulted in their friendliness, communication and enthusiasm, as well as the top quality care and support that our daughter is given on a daily basis. I appreciate this from the bottom of my heart. A wonderful service provider, both from my daughter's and my perspective."
