Wiltshire Adult and Social Care Awards: September 2013
The above scheme originated in Wiltshire Council and the awards are open to all individuals, groups, teams and organisations in any social care organisation in Wiltshire, including private, corporate and Council organisations teams and individuals.
The awards have been designed to recognise good practice and good performance, encourage sharing of success stories and celebrate the many excellent and innovative things happening in the county.
There were several award categories in the scheme, including the Sara Book award, Success in Partnership award and Excellence in Customer Service award.
One of our Shift Leaders, Steven Robinson, was nominated by a service user parent for the Sara Book award and the Company, together with the staff team at Durlston Lodge, were nominated by service user parents for both the Success in Partnership and Excellence in Customer Service awards.

At the awards final, held on 17 September 2013, we are delighted to report that the Company and the Durlston Lodge staff team were declared winners of the Excellence in Customer Service award. Well done to everybody!
